Return Policy
Full money back guarantee within 5 days NZ or 15 days elsewhere.
If within 5 days NZ, 15 days elsewhere of receiving your Purse and it does
not meet with your expectations, please return for a refund of the purchase
price. We carefully inspect every purse before shipping. Please inspect your
order upon receipt and notify us immediately if something is not to your
satisfaction.
Payment, Pricing and & Shipping
Our online shopping cart is easy to use and secure. Payment for all
sales is by PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Direct Banking. If you choose Direct Banking
please notify us for details. For NZ customers there is no fee for shipping,
Australia $8 per purse and elsewhere $15 per purse. All customers please allow 2 - 4 days from
point of order plus postage time. We will inform you via email the date your
purse leaves us.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. So we never give, sell or distribute your
information to anyone else. If you choose to join our mailing list, we will
email you 2 – 3 times a year with Purse News i.e. our latest Collection
launch. At any time you are free to unsubscribe from our mailing list. Our
email communications comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act
2007.
